OCTOBOER 2010 – FALL TOUR
What a great fall tour Phish gave us!! From Colorado to Atlantic City Phish brought us great music night after night culminating in Halloween at Boardwalk Hall in AC. We had a great time on the road and on the couch. Thank you to all the streamers out there who make it happen. Pete and M in Colorado, Corey, Whyflyer, Duckpoop, and especially Taper420 for bringing the heat in the northeast. It was incredible having so many people tuned in for such high quality streams. We had Hoodstream parties cropping up all over the country as phans got together to get down to the stream live. The Hoodstream meet ups in AC were fantastic! We saw the debut of the Show Of Life with Phishtube and cohorts on the boardwalk in Atlantic City before and after the show questing after the answer to the internal question on everyone’s mind in AC, “what was your favorite tease in the tweez?”. See you all out there for the New Years Run. Travel safe.
AUGUST 2010 – SUMMER TOUR PART 2
Phish at the legendary Greek Theater lived up to our expectations! Great shows and great streams that everyone on Couch Tour was able to enjoy in wonderful audio quality thanks to the good men from Kansasouri, and MMM_Phish and CostaPete held down video and were able to assist Kansaouri enabling that stream to continue. Telluride we had connectivity issues that all expected but were still able to get a phone stream out on Verizon’s network from that beautiful box canyon. Deer Creek we managed some good streams thanks to the guys from Kansasouri and a fan with an iphone4. Streamers working together got Kansasouri a Verizon device to tether from allowing the Deer Creek stream to happen. Alpine Valley lived up to its reputation of poor connectivity and made for difficult to impossible streaming conditions. Jones Beach taper420 and zman brought the heat for some of the best streams ever! Thanks to everyone who made August Couch Tour happen! We’ll see you out on the road this fall!
JULY 2010 – SUMMER TOUR PART 1
We saw it again! Great work by east coast streamers brought Phish home to us all on couch tour. Hoodstream was in the thick of it with great audio advances by the Super Streamers: whyflyer, princesspresto, wonderred, alphapig and hood_mobile! Couch tour heard Mike with no distortion and life was good. Great video streams from mmm_phish at Camden and MMJ complimented the crisp audio streams. Phish tore up July 4th in Atlanta and Hoodstream was there with great efforts by southern streamers bring the first leg of Phish summer tour to a close in the name of Couch Tour! As August and the second leg of Phish tour approaches we are making our plans. See you on the couch or on the road.

Is there anything better then Phish summer tour? We are making our plans, checking our batteries – getting ready to stream. MARCH 2010 – MIKE GORDON BAND
Mike Gordon Band spring tour was fun! It was great to see Mike playing clubs and theaters and those of us that got out to the shows had a great time. Though we didn’t get many streams from Mike’s tour, Albany NY from Red Square turned out nicely. Hoodstream loves Cactus!
FEBRUARY 2010 – TAB TOUR
iClips streamed the TAB show from St Louis MO at the Pageant, which is a nice old theater, and we had fun on Hoodstream chatting with our friends and enjoying iclips stream. Not bad. We wish we could do that more often! Thank you Trey!
DECEMBER 2009 – NEW YEAR’S MIAMI FL
There’s no question Phish loves Miami and the American Airlines Arena. Everyone agrees this is a fantastic venue. Tickets were easy to get. The weather was fantastic. Phish rocked and the streams weren’t bad either! Thanks to all the people who streamed Phish from Miami for those of us at home on Couch Tour for the holidays. We had some great efforts by streamers ensuring the live stream happens and we appreciate the efforts! Coordinating efforts on NYE over a three set show was a new benchmark for Hoodstream texting with streamers passing the baton as one streamer’s batteries got low another would step in to keep the stream alive. Great effort by all involved!

More killer shows from Phish indoors meant more streaming on Hoodstream. Bonaboobs saved the day for Couch Tour in Detroit getting out a nice stream, the only stream. Significant audio upgrades were made by Hoodstream and joephus0311 that brought the streams to a new more listenable level. Joephus0311 and Phishspac teamed up for Albany and brought Hoodstream solid audio from Joephus0311 and CK5 video from Phishspac with the combined efforts of streamers a solid audio only along with a video stream stepped up the experience on Couch Tour. MSG rocked us and Hoodstream was there riding Joephu0311 new audio capabilities. Life is good.
OCTOBER 2009 – HALLOWEEN INDIO CA
Phish at Festival 8 from Indio! The Sirius stream for Festival 8 brought Phish at Halloween to new heights for those of us not able to make the trip to Southern California. Hoodstream chat was happening as fans came together to chat here and while enjoying the great soundboard stream from Sirius. Listening to Phish on phans iPhones using the Ustream Viewer application available in the App Store made for some phans weekend who were working or not able to be in front of a computer for Couch Tour. Phish covering the Rolling Stones Exile on Main Street was incredible along with the straight up Phish that weekend! Festival 8 had some fun Hoodstream community bonding as fans from across the country who chat regularly were able to party down live to Phish – off the couch and on tour! We look forward to more Phish festivals and more high quality live streams!

JUNE 22, 2009 – MAKING PLANS
Here at Hoodstream we’re already making plans for the second leg of Phish Summer Tour! After being thwarted at Deer Creek, Star Lake, and Alpine with limited connectivity making a live stream impossible, we have put our heads together at I-8 and Hoodstream and come up with some solutions that we are cautiously optimistic will provide more reliable streams. Look for our test streams during July.
